ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon rind or 1 teaspoon lime rind, grated
- 6 teaspoons honey
- 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- salt and pepper
directions
- Combine in a screw top jar all ingredients and shake until well combined.
- Pour over tossed green salad.
