  1. easy and delicious,

  2. Excellent dressing, and durn it to billy-goats - if we weren't expecting the neighbor's I would of downed the whole thing. I ate mine with fresh cut broccoli from the garden, and the horseradish was perfect here! I didn't even change one thing. I whipped it up in the blender. Oh boy oh boy, can hardly wait until our horseradish comes in, I will be making vats of the stuff!! Thank you, flower!

  3. Yum! This was so simple and so good. I will definitely have this again. Thanks flower7 for being such a great host in PAC Spring 2010!

  4. This was awesome! I love horseradish, grow my own. Rather than a dressing I dipped carrot & celery sticks into it! YUM!

I have a degree in archaeology from a small Ohio college and I work for the Ohio History Connection. My passions are art, music, books, food, history, and cats/animal welfare. I also love photography. I have a 1,000 (plus) piece collection of vintage flower pins from the 1960's, hence the username ha. I also have small collections of vintage butterfly pins, vintage tablecloths, and vintage glass Christmas ornaments. (Can you tell I love vintage?) I took a trip to the Netherlands in March 2006 and fell in love! I doubt it will happen but if I ever have the opportunity I would love to live there.
