Great meatloaf recipe - loved the addition of the horseradish sauce. DH, who is not much of a meatloaf fan, really enjoyed it as well. The horseradish really brings out the flavor of the sauce and meatloaf itself. Served this dish with mashed potatoes, baby peas, and sliced tomatoes - great comfort food meal. My favorite thing is meatloaf hot out of the oven or sliced cold for a sandwich. Enjoyed this delicious meatloaf and the bit of smoky heat from the horseradish. For the hubby I did omit the horseradish from the sauce and used the grainy brown mustard. This just might become my go to meatloaf recipe!
