Hot Chocolate Martini
"One of my girlfriends sent me this recipe and I thought it looked perfect for the Holiday season. This really is not a hot drink but it does warm you up!"

ingredients
- 3 ounces hot cocoa, homemade preferred of course, cooled
- 1 ounce dark Creme de Cacao
- 1 ounce bailey's irish cream
- 3⁄4 ounce vanilla vodka
- 3 -4 miniature marshmallows
directions
- Combine the chocolate, dark creme de cacao, Bailey's and vanilla vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Drop 3 to 4 miniature marshmallows in the glass and roast with a creme brulee torch if you have one!

Mmmmm delish, you can't really go wrong mixing these ingredients, this would make a great night cap. You'll sleep like a baby having one of these before bed. Oh so yummy!

I have two boys who will usually eat most things I put in front of them. As a single mom I use them as my guinea pigs....sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have a huge garden, blueberry and blackberry bushes. I am always looking for a new recipe. I have three cats (Xiao Mao, which means little cat in Chinese, Pumpkin and Max) and two border collies, Lucy and Grace. All my animals come from Rescue Agencies.
