- 5 fluid ounces hot coffee
- 1⁄2 fluid ounce Irish whiskey
- 1⁄2 fluid ounce hazelnut-flavored liqueur
- 1⁄2 fluid ounce Amaretto
- 1 ounce whipped cream
directions
- Rim glass with pink sugar, pour hot coffee into glass, add remaining ingredients, except whipped cream, top with whipped cream and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

I selected this recipe for the Irish Pot Luck game today. I have to admit I didn't rim the glass with pink sugar, and the only whiskey I had was Jim Beam (pretty far cry from an Irish whiskey!), but it was still excellent. The blend of the Amaretto and Frangelico with the whiskey and whipped cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon -- a flavor heaven! Thanks for posting. -
