- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
directions
- Melt butter in a chaffing dish.
- Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cook until mushrooms are tender (about 30 minutes).
- Fold in sour cream.
- Serve on melba toast.
