Perfect combination of ingredients. I used freshly cooked beans instead of the canned ones for a very fresh flavor. With fresh garbanzo beans this hummus turns out as good as the hummus served at our favorite mediterranean restaurant. Oh, by the way, I added a little more lemon than what this called for because I like it extra tangy. And please, if you are making this recipe, do yourself a favor and consider the garlic mandatory.
