Hummus and Veggie Wrap

"This is one of the most popular dishes at the cafe I work at-there you can get it on 3 different choices of wrap; sun-dried tomato, spinach, or flour. It's REALLY good"

  1. I don't like carrots and the strong taste of onions. Is there anything else I can use instead of those?

  1. This was a good, fast and healthy lunch. I may add avocados next time I have some. Thanks for a nice recipe!

  2. This was a delightful treat. The wrap was fresh, light and delicious. It was as though you were eating a freshly prepared salad with all of the fixins. Loved it and will add it to my list of "keepers". Thanks for sharing.

  3. I can see why this would be a favorite at the cafe. It is filled with healthy goodness! I like the recipe because it "made" me put on more veggies than I normally would have. All were delicious in the wrap. I took a photo of it unrolled because I filled it pretty high!

  4. Fantastic! I used a 12 inch pita, 1/3 cup of hummus (homemade), white onion, cucumber, tomato, and spinach leaves. This is one of my favorite things for lunch. Will make again, thanks.

  5. I didn't use the sprouts (just didn't have time to grow them), so I used lettuce and half of one avocado (brushed with lemon to preserve color) instead. Very yummy. The Ugli heirloom tomatoes work splendidly in this.
