  1. Delicious ribs!! I added 1 T pineapple juice to the marinade. I had to be gone, so I let them marinate for about 4 hours. They really had a great flavor. Served them with baked potatoes and steamed broccoli. Easy dinner! This is a keeper! Thanks Chuck!

  2. Excellent recipe. We made this with pork ribs over the weekend and our guests devoured every last rib. We did overcook them a bit, but still, they were delcious. Definitely a keeper. We served them with vegetable brown rice & barley, braised bok choy, roasted chili peppers and pineapple salsa.

I’m over the hill and heading down the back side at a rapid rate it seems, single, and retired now. My loves? Good friends, most of all. After that I guess it would be wildlife and photographing it. In fact, I love anything that deals with wild animals and the outdoors. Then comes playing with my dog and making a mess trying to cook in the kitchen or around the fire pit, grill or smoker while enjoying a good tumbler of whiskey (whisky).
