  • Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes.
  • Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute.
  • Grind.
  • Shape sausage into patties.

  2. This was a wonderful sausage. I used ground pork about 1-1/2 pounds. It tasted just like something you would get out of the store!
     
  3. Thanks! I am pregnant and staying away from nitrates. You can't buy sausage in the store without nitrates- so this is a great recipe. Easy too!
     
  4. My daughters used ground turkey with the recipe and loved it, I use prepared ground pork, it was delicious, and so easy-everyone thnks it is hard to make your own sausage, but not the way I do it-a family favorite! Thanks, Helen.
