Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 quarts chicken broth
  • 1 (19 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 12 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups seasoned crouton seasoned stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except thawed vegetables, salt, pepper and stuffing mix in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, adding vegetables during the last 20 minutes.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon ¼ cup stuffing mix into each soup bowl; ladle soup over.
