Italian Turkey Burgers

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Place rolls cut side up on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Lightly coat sides of rolls with cooking spray. Broil 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  • Rub garlic evenly over cut sides of rolls. Set aside and keep warm.
  • Combine ground turkey, spaghetti sauce, onion breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, and shape each portion into 1/2-inch thick patties.
  • Place on broiler pan and broil 7 minutes on each side, or until done.
  • Place 1 burger on each bottom half of roll. Top each with 1 slice of cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Cover with tops of rolls.
