  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry
  • 12 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla soy yogurt
  • 12 cup ice

directions

  • Pour the apple juice in the blender.
  • Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth with a thick consistency.
  • If Vegan use suitable sugar.

  5. Great recipe- easy to substitute :) I don't like yogurt in my smoothies, and substituted for fat-free raspberry sherbet. I added some blueberries too (I was going for the BananaBerry Smoothie @ JambaJuice). Turned out great- thanks!!
