  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Form into 8 patties.
  • Grill, broil or pan-saute 5-6 minutes on each side, or until meat reaches desired doneness.

  1. Yum Yum Yum Yum YUM! 5 YUM recipe for sure! I loved the garlic addition - that really takes this burger over the top. Adding the cheese to the mixture was great too and kept things from drying out. I used my electric griddle to make these and they turned out perfectly! Thanks for a great addition to my burger rotation! Congrats on your win in the Twelve Days Surprise Event.
     
  2. A really good burger recipe. I made mine in the George Foreman grill but I have to say I do prefer having a slice of cheese on top of the burger instead of inside the burger. Made for Zaar Cookbook tag game.
     
  3. Yes, these are 5-star burgers. Pan sauteed them. They came out moist and tasty. Better than your average burger! Especially topped with a little extra cheese. Glad I came across this recipe Thanks . . . Janet

  5. These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written and cooked them on the grill. I did top a few with american cheese. They had a nice taste.
