ingredients
- 2 cups Jiffy baking mix
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix vigorously until well blended.
- Drop by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350º F for 8 - 10 minutes.

Hi My mom used to make these cookies when i was little im now 62yrs old and i still make these Jiffy Mix Sugar Cookies, however they always come out so Flat. Ive changed the butter several times but still cookies come out Flat. Any suggestions
