June Bug (Cocktail)
"Oh so good! Like sipping a bit of the tropics. I'm not much of a drinker, but this has all my favorites... midori, pineapple, coconut; a little sweet, a little sour. Yum! I've seen the banana liquor left out in some recipes, so I've listed it as optional.(F.Y.I. 1 oz. is the size of a small shot glass.)"

- 1 ounce Midori melon liqueur
- 1 ounce malibu coconut rum
- 1⁄2 ounce banana liqueur (optional)
- 1 ounce prepared sweet-and-sour mix
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
directions
- Mix well and pour over ice. Enjoy!

Love this Drink !!! refreshing and Very tropical , I think the banana Liqueor is a MUST ! I like that flavor , it gives it the well rounded tropical favor and wouldnt be the same without it . You gotta be careful too, you can sling these down fast that you can blink an eye !!! L-California

I love cooking and can't resist trying to figure out what ingredients went into a good meal. I'm not really one for measuring, and usually just make things up as I go along. My brain tends to shut down at the sight of too many ingredients in a recipe (must be A.D.D. or something) so that's something I'm trying to work on. Most of my recipes are quick and easy to make, since I'm usually trying to get dinner out in a hurry. My family is Greek and my husband is Irish, but also lived in Spain for several years, so my cooking tends to reflect those cultures, but in general we're fairly adventurous.
