  1. This makes a very nice cheese appetizer. I especially liked the sharp cheddar and Worcestershire sauce combination. The cream cheese made it creamy. I used chopped pecans which gave it another layer of flavor. Thanks, Teresa, for sharing you SIL's recipe. It will be used again in this house.

  2. I made a few changes because I'm snowed in and couldn't get out for the ingredients. I used 5 ounces cheddar, 3 ounces monterrey jack and instead of a green pepper I used red. Also, I didn't have any lemon juice on hand so I used a Tablespoon of red wine.. YUM! Thanks for a good and versatile recipe.

  3. This was very good and easy to make. I served it with melba toast rounds. The creamy cheese ball was very complimenting to the crunch of the toast. I think I will use the left overs to make stuffed mushrooms tomorrow!

Thanks for checking out my about me page. Jeff is my husband of 8 years. We have 1 dog that someone dropped off at the side of the road and I brought home, and she rules the house. I love dogs, and hate to see a dog tied up and forgotten. I love to grow different kinds of tomatoes from seed to can, and give the "extras" away (when I'm working and don't have time to can).
