Keto Aioli-Glazed Broccoli

"Based on the recipe from Food & Wine. Until I started keto, I never thought I would try to make vegetables high in fat :) The tanginess of the aioli goes nicely with the char of the broccoli. Super easy side dish that goes well with a rich meaty meal."

  • Preheat the broiler and place the rack in the middle, roughly 8" from the heating element.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except broccoli. Stir broccoli florets in to coat.
  • Spread broccoli on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil 7 minutes until the edges are crisp and lightly charred.
  • Serve immediately. You can add a sprinkle of cayenne or smoked paprika if you want a little extra kick.
