  1. In a small saucepan, saute sliced onions and peppers in a small amount of butter.
  2. In large saucepan, crumble ground beef under medium heat. Add minced garlic to the beef. Stir and cook until brown. When vegetables at desired tenderness, add to beef mixture. Stir occasionally.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, crushed red pepper and ground ginger. Whisk ingredients.
  4. When ground beef is fully cooked, pour sauce into the pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer for additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a serving bowl, add cooked rice, then top with ground beef and sauce. Enjoy!
