  1. heat beef broth to simmering boil then reduce to simmer.
  2. remove scum from broth.
  3. chop carrots fine and add to broth.
  4. sautue onion rings in corn oil until brown add to pot.
  5. add the cooked lamb and the curry powder and red wine to pot.
  6. bring to boil then reduce to simmer
  7. let simmer 3 hours.
  8. near end of cooking add flour and mix to thicken stew serve hot.
