Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 1 minute.
Add broth, broccoli, red pepper and carrots. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice and lemon juice. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in lemon pepper seasoning; sprinkle with parmesan just before serving.
