  • Melt the butter in a baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk and pour over butter.
  • Cover the batter with fruit and do not stir. The batter will rise and absorb the fruit flavor.
  • In a preheated 350 oven , bake the pie for 1 hour and serve it warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

  1. Quick question when making this Lazy Man's peach cobbler do you drain the juice off of the peaches or do you include the juice with the peaches kind of need to know ASAP thank you very much and have a blessed day looking forward to trying this for our church dinner
