Lebanese Marinated Chicken

  • Cut chicken into 1-in cubes and place in a shallow nonreactive container.
  • Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Thread chicken on skewers & grill or broil as desired.

  2. I really liked this recipe. I used dry thyme that is what I had on hand. I did halve the lemon juice to 1/4 cup, I only had 2 lemons. Everything else the same and I grilled the chicken legs. I marinated for 3 hours. They were very delicious. Thanks for the recipe I think I will try chicken kabobs with this.
     
  3. My boyfriend is Lebanese and for a while now I have been trying to recreate the chicken that we often have at our favorite Lebanese restaurant. This recipe is the most authentic one I have tried so far. It was delicious. Thank you.
