After falling in love with a Tahini Lemon dressing at my local health food store, I decided to try it out myself. I wanted to love this dressing, but for some reason it came out as gritty which I simply could not love. The dressing in the health food store was not gritty at all, it was creamy and smooth, so I wonder if it was the cayenne? I'm not really a major fane of cayenne anyway.<br/>Taste... well, it wasn't quite what I was looking for, and if it wasn't gritty, I still wouldn't make it again. I followed the recipe exactly. Sorry. :(
