  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Pulse until all are finely chopped and well combined.
  • Pour into a bowl; cover and chill for 30 minutes.

  1. I made this as written but omitted the capers. It was very tasty and the dijon was a nice addition. I'll make this again as it was easy and much better than store bought tartars. Thanks for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2012.
