Questions & Replies

  1. Hi. Looking forward to making this cake. Just wondering what the 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil are for after the 1/4 cup of vegetable oil? Is it to grease the pan? Seems like a lot for that purpose. If not, just wondering why it is listed separately from the 1/4 cup? Thank you.

I'm really just learning how to cook, but I hope that my skills at eating will really guide me in this endeavor. ;-) I think that sharing recipes on the internet is better than any cookbook. Of course, I founded Recipezaar, so I might be a little biased.
