- 1⁄2 red capsicum
- 100 g green beans, chopped
- 140 g beef, strips
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3⁄4 cup cooked rice (0.25 cup raw rice is 0.75 cup cooked rice)
directions
- Cook rice.
- Cook capsicum and beans.
- Stir Fry beef using enough water to stop it from sticking until browned. Stir in ginger, hoisin and soy.
- Add beans and capsicum and stir until warm through.
- Serve over rice.
