  • 2 (21 g) wedges laughing cow light spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs
  • 14 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup light cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, cover and cook Spinach until tender on medium to low heat.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients and stir until bubbly.
  3. By adding a bit more cream or milk, this turns into a wonderful creamy soup!
