  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with Pam.
  3. Mash bananas well.
  4. Beat eggs in small bowl.
  5. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  6. Mix together brown sugar and applesauce in separate bowl.
  7. Stir eggs and mashed bananas into applesauce mixture.
  8. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just moistened.
  9. Pour batter into pan.
  10. Bake for 60 - 65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes, then cool on wire rack.
