Low Fat Milk Pudding

"Low fat, high protein dessert i magically came up with after gym. Perfect post workout snack or for late at night when u don't want to be too naughty! :P Note: to make lactose free, just replace Skim Milk with Soy Milk or Lactose Free milk."

directions

  • put all ingredients into a bowl.
  • Blend with electric hand mixer.
  • put in microwave for 1.5 minutes on high.
  • Take out and blend till smooth.
  • Put in microwave for 30 second.
  • Take out and blend till smooth.
  • Repeat steps 5&6 until thick and creamy
  • Allow 1-2 minutes to set.
  • Enjoy!
