- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup stevia
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 par baked pie crust
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F In food processor, process cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
- Pour into par baked pie crust and bake until the center is wobbly (40-50 minutes). Let cool then chill until firm (4-5 hours). Top with lemon zest before serving.
