Macaroni Ham Salad

ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup canned ham, chopped (or a small can of Hormel type shredded)
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1⁄2 cup muenster cheese, cubed
- mayonnaise
directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the mayo.
- After mixing everything, add enough mayo to suit your tastes.
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Mmm...de-lish!!! Going to make this for our church picnic. <br/><br/>The kids chose twist or "corkscrew" noodles, which turned out really pretty! I was out of relish, so I subbed a little white vinegar and sugar and stirred it into the mayo. What a great summer dish! -
This is a glorious dish from a presentation standpoint to the top of the mountain with goodness. Did not change one thing. Perfect the way it is. Make the whole batch, believe me, it will be gone so fast, you will have been spun around three times. Made for *Think Pink* October 2009 -
Wonderful!! Made as written but used some of a leftover ham and colby/jack cheese (it was all I had on hand) but I believe muenster cheese would have been really good! This will become a regular salad for gatherings as well as in my home. Thank You so Much!! -
I love simple recipes. I needed something to use some ham. But I also needed to have everything on hand! :) This is a wonderful, simple Macaroni Ham Salad , fast and easy to put together and it tastes great. It's October 31, as I write this , but we had mid 60's for weather. So this recipe is sort of like my last hurrah of Summer! LOL Thanks so much for posting! Made for Think Pink '08
