  • Gently bruise - by pounding with a meat melt or rolling pin - the lemongrass.
  • Bring the water to a boil and use to rinse and heat-up a teapot. Add the lemongrass and cover with the water. Allow to seep for a while then pour the tea into small cups and add a little sugar if desired.

  1. I enjoyed this today for my mid morning break. The first cup was without honey and then second had just a little added. I have to say I like mine plain. I will try to re-brew the lemongrass again to see how many times I can re use it. Made for ZWT - Africa
