  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Combine oats and next 5 ingredients; spread on a large jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely.

  1. Just like the pecan praline granola at Trader Joe's. I lowered the temp to 250 degrees because I felt the pecans were burning. Otherwise a great recipe.

  3. Excellant low fat recipe for granola!! This was the first time I've made granola, and it is so simple! I made the mistake of adding raisins, and they began to burn(i should have known!) so i had to pick them out midway. Anyway, this recipe is absolutly wonderful!! I will be making it often, THANKS!
