"I found this recipe in an insert from Taste of Home Magazine. It has not been included in their cookbooks, but is so easy and delicious that I had to share."

  • Cream eggs and Sugar together until creamy.
  • Add maple syrup, vanilla, butter, salt and pecans.
  • Coat pecans completely.
  • Pour into and unbaked 9" pie shell and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
