ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 -2 cup pecan halves
directions
- Cream eggs and Sugar together until creamy.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla, butter, salt and pecans.
- Coat pecans completely.
- Pour into and unbaked 9" pie shell and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
