- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces shredded cheese (your choice of sharpness)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large sweet onion
- 6 ounces French-fried onions
- salt and pepper
directions
- Chop Cabbage and onion.
- Boil together 10 minutes.
- Strain and put back in pot.
- Add mayonnaise, soups, sour cream, 1/2 stick melted butter, and 8 oz. cheese.
- Mix well.
- Spray 10.5 X 14.5 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Place all mixed ingredients in casserole dish.
- Top with 8 oz shredded cheese, and French fried onions.
- Drizzle 1/2 stick melted butter over top.
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
