  2. This was very flavorful. I agree, it's not the prettiest marinade but the taste sure makes up for that! I scaled mine down to 1 pork chop and had to use dried rosemary. It still was very good. Thanks!
     
  3. Scaled this back for 3 andused 10 lamb loin chops (small) and have to admit it is not a pretty marinade to look at in the least. I marinated the chops for about 8 hours and cooked up in the frypan/skillet for about 12 minutes total (a little overdone for my taste) but still moist and the flavour was fantastic, the 3 of uis was wishing there were more, thank you katew for a great marinade for lamb chop, made for Aussie/Kiwi Swap #58 November 2011.

  5. I used this marinade on pork chops. The flavors this marinade gave the meat was AMAZING!!!! I made the marinade exactly as written. Rosemary is one of my favorite herbs. I love the way rosemary smells when you are chopping it. I let the chops marinate overnight and then threw them on the grill when I got home from work. As the pork chops were grilling, it again brought out the scent of the rosemary. Mmmmmmmmmm! I could hardly wait for these chops to finish cooking. The flavors are undescribeably delicious. If you are a fan of rosemary, you have got to try this marinade. The flavor was slightly sweet and savory with the unmistakable taste of rosemary. This is unlike any marinade I have had before. I will be using this recipe often. This is going straight into my keeper file. :) Thanks for sharing, katew. Made for July 2010 Aus/NZ Swap.
