  1. This was okay. But I think marinating in fat free italian dressing can give the same effect with less effort.
     
  2. Really need to zest this up, it was too bland, just tasted mostly the sugar.
     
  3. This was a real hit during Thanksgiving AND Christmas this year. Varying the vegetables to green white and red make it perfect for Christmas too. As an aside, in the past I've done the italian dressing with veggies but honestly I liked this even better. It was great to have something healthy around to offset all of the sweets at Christmas! Thanks!
