  1. Made these in foil on the grill and served with Polish Sausage. Wonderful!

  2. We make this all the time in the oven or on the grill. I sometimes add a pound of smoked sausage sliced up to it to make it a complete main dish. It is quick and easy and delicious.

  3. Nice combination and flavorable.

  4. Before I started the South Beach, this was standard fare for us when cooking on the grill. So easy to wrap it all up in foil, and so tasty as a side to our steaks or chicken. I vary the seasoning a bit...sometimes, I use Montreal Steak seasoning (instead of the salt and pepper)...sometimes, I like a bit of seasoned salt with coarse ground pepper...sometimes, it is whatever I happen to grab from the pantry. LOL Great simple side that compliments all cookouts.
