  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt. Add oil, egg, vanilla, and juice.
  • Press 2/3 of mixture into greased 8 x 12 pan. Mix jam with water and spread evenly over mixture. Crumble remaining oats mixture over top.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Before cutting cool completely.
