- 2 (12 ounce) cans tuna
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 green onions
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
directions
- Drain tuna.
- Slice green onions.
- Mix it all together.
- Serve as is, or on a melt.
- Add 2 eggs and 1 cup breadcrumbs to pan fry burgers or tuna cakes.
