  1. Chop up everything into chunks. Put carrots and celery into quality blender (I have an old circa 1964 Vitamix) first.
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth. Use tamper to make sure there are no lumps.
  4. Serve immediately. If you're saving a serving, put it in freezer and remove from freezer the next day half an hour before you want to drink it.
