- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 40 frozen meatballs, cooked
directions
- Cook meatballs and keep warm.
- Saute onions in butter.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add ketchup and beef broth and cook slowly until thickened.
- Add sour cream then meatballs.
- Simmer.
- Serve over rice.
