Meatballs and Cranberry Sauce

MEATBALLS
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (crushed) or 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons instant onion soup mix

SAUCE
- 1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce, pureed in the blender
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
directions
- Mix all ingredients for the meatballs together. Form into small balls. Cook in 2 tablespoons hot cooking oil.
- SAUCE: Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook, over medium heat, until smooth. Pour over meatballs. Serve with boiled rice or serve by themselves as party snacks.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
