Meatloaf Muffins

"Really easy. I freeze them in bags of 2 or 3 for quick suppers. I'm a hero in my house whenever I make this, so I thought I'd share it. To reheat from frozen, thaw in fridge, then reheat in microwave or, covered, in oven."

  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Fill 24 greased muffin tins with the mixture.
  • Bake for 20-25 min in a 350F oven.
