  1. Truly delicious! I loved the addition of the artichoke hearts and feta cheese with the tuna and lovely blend of flavours of the balsamic vinegar and oregano. Next time I shall add in some roasted bell peppers, I am sure that will be a wonderful addition too. I served it on a bed of baby rocket leaves and made a wonderful sandwich with the leftovers. Thank you, Susiecat too, for shraing this wonderful recipe, I definitely will be making it again! :)

  2. lots of really good flavors going on in this tuna salad - I choose to use some of the leftover ahi tuna steak from the nite before and it was awesome thanks for sharing the recipe -

  3. WONDERFUL salad full of flavors I LOVE! I used extra green onions and quartered cherry tomatoes. I enjoyed it atop crunchy red cabbage. YUM!

  4. This was a fresh tasty salad!! We loved it!! The mix of feta cheese, artichoke hearts, tomato and tuna is a heavenly mix!! Made for Photo Challenge! Thanks Susiecat too! :)

  5. Really, really yummy! I made a half recipe (for one, with leftovers for lunches). I definitely prefer it as a salad, with crunchy lettuces as a base (rather than as a sandwich). I am very glad I made it, and shall be making it again. Perfect for potlucks!! Thanks for posting this, Susiecat too!

I am trying to find the ever-elusive balance between career-track and mommy-track. Cooking and baking bring me joy, and I love to see my kids eat healthy homemade foods. I have relatives with a local organic farm, so I use their produce as much as possible. Yum! After some trial and error with rating recipes for various contests and tag games, I think I will from now on stick to the definitions provided by Zaar: 3 stars means I liked it! I might have had to make some adjustments, though. 4 stars means I LOVED it! Almost no adjusting was necessary. 5 stars means one of the most outstanding things I have ever tasted! Stands, as is, as a fabulous dish. I can't imagine giving only 1 or 2 stars -- that would mean that I either picked a recipe that I should have known wouldn't suit my taste, or that I really messed up while making the recipe. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/PACfall08partic.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> <img src="http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z205/jubespage/kid-friendlytag-participation2.gif"> <img src="http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a254/Sharon123/Copyoftag300-banner.jpg" border="0" alt="Susie's Banner for Newest Zaar Tag"> <img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y53/DUCHESS13/Zaar%20World%20Tour%204/ZWTAB-tg.gif"> <img src="http://img355.imageshack.us/img355/3476/mybanner483b81c1ea2dfah7.jpg"> <img src="http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/jewelies/DesertRose.jpg"><img src="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y164/lauralie41/cookbookswapspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"><a href="http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y254/Missymop/?action=view¤t=kidfrecipeswap.jpg" target="_blank"> <img src="http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y254/Missymop/kidfrecipeswap.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/PAC08Main.jpg"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg"> <img src="http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r317/j_welcome/pics2/food/PRMRcopy.jpg"> <img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y53/DUCHESS13/RSC%20Banners/RSC11-SusieCat.jpg"> <img src="http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r271/copperhorse58/Zaar%20Food%20Photos/Food%20Photos%202008/herbspicesticker.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/CV.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> <img src="http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b280/carolinamoon21/Ingredients/Other/photo-swap-7sticky.jpg"> <img src="http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj240/marienixon_715/kittencaljpg.jpg"> <img src="http://www.recipezaar.com/members/home/1956/holidaylightssticker.jpg"> <img src="http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e347/Saturn6666/Other/tagforpage1.jpg"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/smPACp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket">
