- 10 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives
- 1 (2 ounce) jar sliced pimientos
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
directions
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, olives, pimento, chilies, cheddar and dressing mix together.
- Spread thinly onto flour tortilla.
- Roll up tightly, jelly-roll fashion, and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Chill at least one hour.
- Slice into thin pinwheels.

I made these for my mom to take to a church gathering and every one loved them. There were non left. Every one kept asking her for the recipe but mom said that she had no clue because her daugher had made them. I would consider adding some chopped onion and some garlic powder next time. I think these two things will blend in very well and bring out the flavor of the filling.
