  1. I made these to take to my daughters for Thanksgiving for snacking before the big dinner. They were very well received. Thanks for posting!

  2. I had these a long time ago and went through a lot of recipes trying to find the right taste. This is it! I used salsa instead of pimentos (didn't have) and served to a large group. They disappeared quickly and everyone wanted the recipe. A fast and easy winner. Thanks!

  3. This is nice, but I would down size the number it serves to about 20-30! I like to use about 3/4 of a cup of green salsa rather than the ranch dressing. I've made them this way for years and they are always great.

  4. Delicious! I subbed 2 T. salsa for the pimientos, and it worked fine. Would even be a good spread for crackers or on a sandwich! I might add shredded chicken next time, just to see! :) Thank you.

  5. I made these for my mom to take to a church gathering and every one loved them. There were non left. Every one kept asking her for the recipe but mom said that she had no clue because her daugher had made them. I would consider adding some chopped onion and some garlic powder next time. I think these two things will blend in very well and bring out the flavor of the filling.
