- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 -12 large flour tortillas
directions
- 1. Mix all ingredients except tortillas.
- 2. Microwave tortillas about 30 seconds, a few at a time to make building pinwheels easier.
- 3. Divide mixture among (warm) tortillas, spread evenly and roll up.
- 4. Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours or overnight before cutting into 1 inch slices.
- 5. Can be served with salsa, sour cream, etc.
