Directions

  1. In a large pan saute onions in oil over med heat till tender.
  2. Add garlic and rice and cook about 3 minutes or until the rice begins to change color (whiten).
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring back to a boil.
  4. Turn to low heat and cover, cooking for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat fluff and enjoy.
