Microwave Rice Pudding

"My wife ran an daycare in our home. This is ome of the kid meals they gave us to help with meal planning. The servings are kid size, but it should be easy to ramp it up to adult portions if needed. You can use cooked regular rice instead of minute rice."

  1. It was easy and tasty, but I'd like to make it creamier. It was kind of grainy in texture, like plain rice with sweet flavors instead of pudding.

I'm a married father of one. I work for box manufacturer in a nearby town. When I'm not working I spend as much time with my family as I can. My Mom taught me to cook growing up and with a PA Dutch and Slovack background none of it is light fare. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
